We are exploring the structure and function of lignocellulosic biomass and creating new wood-based materials with low environmental impact by taking advantage of its characteristics. In particular, we are manufacturing wood-based materials using un-utilized lignocellulosic biomass such as agricultural wastes, developing wood-based materials using artificial intelligence, exploring bio-based adhesive systems, and developing new materials utilizing the physical and chemical properties of wood.
